HAVAIANAS 100 ANOS DE SAMBA

In 2016, samba completed 100 years. To celebrate such an important date to brazilian culture, we created a special mailing for Havaianas. We focused on 4 of many kinds of samba and created key visuals for them. Then we developed a big matchbox as packaging for the sandals, beer glasses and regular matchboxes. The matchbox has been used as one of the most iconic percussion instruments on a samba table since ever. And with it’s simplicity, it grew up with samba through this century of history.
